9279 - Changed parameters "Scrap", "Waste" and "Scrap and Waste Included in Quantity"

When changing parameters "Scrap", "Waste" and "Scrap and Waste Included in Quantity", the net and gross quantities in production specifications need to be recalculated. Changing the parameters affects the net and gross quantites.

If  "Scrap" and "Waste" are enabled, they are included when calculating quantities, otherwise the net quantity equals the gross quantity.

If "Scrap and Waste included in Quantity" is enabled​, the scrap and waste quantities are given within the nominal quantity (the nominal quantity given as the gross quantity)

Otherwise the gross quantity is the nominal quantity plus scrap plus waste (the nominal quantity is given as net quantity) .
