Additional Operations

Additional Operations

Additional Operations

Additional operations are intended in order to manually enter any additional work occurring during operation. Enter additional operations in the bottom section of the In Progress panel after having clicked Additional Operations.

Work Order Displays an ID of work order containing the operation.
Operation Displays an operation ID.
(description) Displays a name (short description) of the operation.
Resource Displays ID of resource where additional operations are executed.
Authorized Person Enter a registration number of the authorized person.

 

Here you have to enter registration number of an employee who is assigned authorizations for performing additional operations in the Administration of Finished Work. In case of an incorrect entry the following message is returned:

54269.gif The field is visible and must be entered in case the employee is not authorized for additional operations.
(name and surname) Displays name and surname of the authorized person.
Confirm Click it to confirm additional operations.
Cancel Click it to cancel additional operations. Clicking Cancel closes the form for additional operations. Once more you can observe the bottom section of the In Progress panel.
