Item category use

For proper functionality of ZEUS the model of categories used in company must be set::

• first option - Secundary categories are not used - chosen in companies that do not use secondary categories;
• second option - Secundary categories are Independent from Primary Categories - for companies that use secondary categories independently from primary categories. They cannot specifiy one primary category for each secondary category.;
• third option - Secundary categories are Merged into Primary Categories- for companies where secondary categories are merged into primary categories. For each secondary category one primary category can be defined.

Date settings

Nastavimo datum, od katerega se upoštevajo podatki v kockah s področja Blago (Prodaja, Nabava, Zaloga).

Stock Cube Settings (Stock)

ZEUS can include stock from Customs Warehouse.

Also there is option to use last know exhange rate for old primary currency when recalculation to new primary currency are done. If this option is not checked the exhange rate of the date of document is used.

Users of Pantheonom™ that had to change primary currency in program, should have this option checked. Other users do not.
