Convert Net - Gross

    

 With this function you can calculate the amount of the salary through custom variables.

A click on  button under payroll preparation will open a window Convert Net - Gross, where you can enter benefits, net salary, bonuses, employee's gross salary or the gross II. If you enter one of the listed fields, the program will recalculate all other fields. 

Warning

To calculate salary, employer and employee contributions, income and payroll tax , the program will use settings from the earnings types. This way, it is important for which earnings types you would like to calculate data.


You would like to pay the employee a gross salary in the amount of 3.000,00 for the regular work (earnings type RDC).  Enter in the Gross field the value 3.000,00 and in the Benefits field 500,00 and the program will calculate and fill-in all other fields:

Tax Relief

Tax Relief will fill-in from the Employee Files | Position/Salary | Salary Parameters.  The calculation will use the percentage entered in this field
Net

The program will calculate the net amount for the payout (Gross I - employee contributions - income tax - benefits)
Benefit

If the employee is entitled to benefits, you have to enter it, so that the information is included in the calculation of contributions/taxes. However, the information does not affect the net salary
Contributions The program will calculate the amount of the employee contributions (according to data from the earnings types register or indirectly from the work types register)
Income Tax The program will calculate the amount and the percentage for the income tax according to the income tax classes 
Gross Enter the amount of Gross salary for calculation 
Contributions

The program will calculate the contributions to the salary according to the information in the earnings types or indirectly work types registers, included are also data about:
Gross 2 Sum of Gross salary and employer contributions

 

​For a more detailed description of the income and payroll tax prepayments for the individual month see chapter Calculation of Tax Prepayment.

​If you click on the OK button , the program will confirm the set gross salary.  The amount will be inserted into the payroll preparation.

WARNING

You can use this function to calculate hypothetical payout values, provided the employee will receive a certain gross or net salary!
