Calculate BIR

It is wise to use this function only in charging conform interest!

After clicking Calculate BIR in wizards menu, opens a window for calculating basic interest rate.

This window allows you to calculate annual degree of basic interest rate (BIR) based on data on monthly basic interest rate. Enter data on monthly degrees in the upper section of the window. On the other hand, the bottom section displays the calculated annual degree.

Date	It displays the start period date from which (including) on the interest rate is valid. By default you are offered a date from the currently selected line in Interest Rates register.
Real Interest Rate	Enter real annual interest rate (e.g. discount rate 8%, default interest rate 14,40). By default you are offered the last entered value.
BIR	Enter monthly basic interest rate. By default you are offered the basic interest rate from currently selected line in Interest Rates register.
Nominal Interest Rate	Nominal interest rate is calculated on the basis of basic interest rate (BIR) and real interest rate usingthe following formula: You can enter interest rate calculated in this way in the interest rate table. For a more detailed calculation enter nominal interest rate using 6 decimal points!
Annual BIR	On the basis of monthly BIR the program calculates its annual degree.
Calculate	By clicking this button calculates the nominal (annual) interest rate.
OK	By clicking this button you confirm the calculated nominal (annual) interest rate and transfers it to Interest Rates register.

Annual basic interest rate (BIR) is calculated on the basis of monthly BIR using the above mentioned formula.
