Change Regulations

To display a list in the bottom section select Regulations option In Type of Change box of Change Manufacturing Spec window.

 

 

Set criteria in order to change regulations in the selected manufacturing specifications. Proceed with selecting a new one from New Regulation box.

 

New Regulation

Regulation Enter or select a regulation to use in the selected specification group.

 

Selecting Refresh generates available data displaying them in Change Regulations panel.

 

Change Regulations Panel

 

Sel. If checked, marks a line to be changed.
Product ID Enter ID of product in order to change component.
Product Name Enter name of product in order to change component.
Prod. Item Type Enter item type for the selected specification.
Prod. Prim. Cat. Enter ID of primary category of the selected specification.
Prod. Sec. Cat. Enter ID of secondary category of the selected specification.
Alt. Enter an alternate line where you want to make changes.
Line Enter a line number where you want to make changes.
Component ID Enter an ID of component to be changed.
Component Name Enter a name of component to be changed.
Lead Time U/M Enter a unit of measurement (U/M) to be changed.
Comp. Item Type Enter an ID of item type to be changed.
Line Displays consecutive number of small tools or an ID of product or semi-product.

 
Regulation Displays an ID from the Regulations register.

 
New Regulation Gives a short text describing (naming) the regulation.

 

 

Having clicked Edit you have to confirm the changes. Confirming it by clicking Yes commits change. On the other hand, clicking No discards any changes made and returns you to the initial window.

 

 

 

If you checked Show Log that can be found in the top window section, displays a log of all changes made in specifications.

 

 

Clicking print button in the taskbar opens a log report of mass edit specifications.
