Consent
The panel Consent is intended for keeping records of consent in accordance with GDPR. All individual approvals that we have specified in the Administration Panel | GDPR | Manage consent.
From employees we need only those consents for which we do not have legal bases for the purpose of processing e.g. in case we are processing information about: family member for the purpose of New Year's gift giving, private phone number or employees E-mails,…
Which means that you first need to check which personal data your employee’s process, for what purposes and on what legal basis.
To the extent that we would give employees the consent to sign personal data which we keep in accordance with the legal bases, for example: tax number, address, Bank account number, …. Would mean that the employee can cancel it, which means that you no longer have to process the data, which is contrary to the employer’s duties.

From the consent register we select consent type.
We can select only between those types which have in consent register confirmed checker M.

|
From the consent register the dataset are transferred. We can change it here manually.
