Create Formulas

Create Formulas

The tool for creating formulas is designated for use in automatic creation of plan lines as well as corresponding formulas on the basis of Chart of Accounts. You can open it by clicking it in the Wizards menu.

Select the accounts for plan lines by confirming 023755.gif checkboxes. You can also select the corresponding transaction, that is, the account balance and mark whether the data hold good only for the account or for the entire child accounts group (Include Sub-Accounts  - in this case enter the "%" sign in the formula). The selection is confirmed by clicking the Create Formulas command.
