With the help of function for creating SAD for import from incomplete SAD (entries in the records), the SAD for the final import of goods is created with the help of limiting criteria.

When you select this menu option, the program offers the window for entry of the limiting criteria:

Document types	the program offers all types of documents of entries  in records for import of goods, among which you MUST select the adequate ones. These will be entries in the records or incomplete SAD, on basis of which you have created the entry in the records. Regardless of selecting the type of document for entry in the records or for incomplete SAD, incomplete SADs will be displayed in the list of lines for creating of incomplete SAD, because they include all needed data for creating of the customs declaration.
From date	according to the provisions of the licence of Customs Authority of Slovenia you MUST select the date period of entries in the records, for which you are creating an additional SAD

Consignor	creating can also be limited to an individual consignor (sender) from chapter 2 SAD for entry in the records
Consignee	creating can also be limited to an individual consignee (recipient) from chapter 8 SAD for entry in the records
Forwarder	creating can also be limited to an individual forwarding agent from chapter 14 SAD for entry in the records
Currency	creating can also be limited to an individual currency from SAD for entry in the records. if you do not enter the data, then, at least as many additional SAD will be created, as many there are different currencies used.
Delivery term, place, type of delivery term	creating can also be limited to individual delivery terms from SAD for entries in the records. If you do not enter the data, then at least as many additional SAD will be created as many there are different delivery terms used. The delivery term that is in accordance with INCOTERMS ID of delivery term, place and type of delivery term counts as same delivery term.
Nature of trans.	creating can also be limited to an individual delivery term from SAD for entry in the records. If you do not enter the data then as many additional SADs will be created, as many there are various natures of transaction used.
Country of dispatch / export	creating can also be limited to an individual country of dispatch from SAD for entry in the records. If you do not enter the data, then at least as many additional SADs will be created as many there are different countries of dispatch/export.
Max items on declaration	due to the limit of numbering of SAD lines, a SAD can have a maximum of 99 lines

With the click on the Create button  trigger the procedure of search of records, that correspond to previously entered limiting criteria. 

The program displays the results in window for creating of additional SAD. The program then reports, which additional SADs it has created and you can open the last created additional SAD fro import of goods on the screen (see List of lines).
