Custom Fields in Fixed Assets

We can termed ten alphanumeric, ten numeric and four date custom fields we will have in Fixed Asset register.

If we do not termed fields, they will not appear in fixed assets register.

 

 

For text field select Name and in right field from it enter an SQL statement to search for the desired values in SQL notation. 

Field n Name of the field.

Search

The optional text fields data entered manually. To simplify the entering can be in the search box enter the SQL statement. It defines what data and from which tables should Pantheon offers data on entering. See an Example on Search with SQL Statement.

 

For the numeric fields enter only name of them.

Field n

Name of the numeric field.

 

For the date fields enter only name of them.

Field n Name of the date field.
