The Defects register contains defects, malfunctions, etc. that are used in Service documents.

The register can be opened by double-clicking in a field in the Defect column in any Service document (claim from customer or claim to supplier).

Defects also appear as criterion in Errors are used as criterium in Service reports.

ID The ID of the defect. Up to 3 characters.
Description The description of the defect. Up to 50 characters.
