When we set all criteria we press  . Reports distinguish according to Type od Working Hours e.g. 200 (planned working hours), 202 (actual working hours).

Criteria:

Employees Program will automatically make a report for the Employee whose File is opened or we started from to make a report. Of course we can choose another Employee or leave the window empty if we would like to make a report for all Employees.
Departments We can make a report for workers on a specific department.

Cost center

 

Period from/to

We can make a report for workers in a specific cost center.

 

We can make a report for specific period.
Status We can choose status.
Entry Type Report can be made:
  • Planned - report for only planned working hours
  • Actual - report for only actual hours
  • Any - report for planned and actual working hours

 

  In case you put computer mouse in any report on the subject, Employee, document, working place, cost center or department arrow will change shape. With single click we can open code table, document or Employee File, that suites to chosen record.
