In case your company uses other identification numbers of contributory for individual branches/departments, and a three-digit consecutive number which is added to the ten-digit Company ID No., they are entered in the department in the following way:

Enter the following in the General panel in Subjects:

Tax Number Enter identification number of contributory. It is used only in case when subject is marked as department. Enter it in all forms (M1, M2, M3 and MDC as well as M4) where you must specify identification number of contributory.
Company ID No. Enter three-digit consecutive number of the branch or another part of the subject. This way a ten-digit company ID number is generated automatically in the Companies register when creating forms M1, M2, M3 and MDC. Moreover, it consists of a seven-digit registration number of subject and a three-digit consecutive number.

The program comes with a built-in control preventing the same registration number to be assigned to tow different departments (see Department with this registration number already exists!).
