eServices

On the eBusiness | eServices panel, you can define settings for document e-exchange. Parameters for e-exchange are defined in the table described below.

You can define through which inbox the exchange will run and whether it will be controlled by a specific eWorkflow. These settings can then be combined for specific document types, individual subjects, or a combination of both.

Subject

From the Subjects register drop-down list in the Subject column, select the subject you want to connect with the subject you are currently on (in the image above Tecta d.d.)

Doc. Type

From the Document Types register drop-down list in the Doc. Type column, select the document type you want to connect with the subject you are currently on (in the image above Tecta d.d.)

Type

From the drop-down list, select the service type that defines the option of selecting mailboxes, procedures or document types in the Data field.

The type can be selected from the list. Available are:

  • ePosting – defines the document type on which the posts will be read. In the Data column, you can select the options summarized by tax rate (vat-rate-invoice) or detailed by lines (line-item-invoice).
  • Item – is used for exporting invoices in XML format. It is only used in Croatia and Serbia.
  • Custom – custom setting for user procedures.
  • Stored procedure – selection of mailboxes and procedures for sending eInvoices.

Mailbox

From the Mailboxes drop-down list in this field, select the one you want to connect with the subject (in the image above Tecta d.d.)

Data

According to the selection in the Type field, the corresponding data appears in the Data column. E.g. if you select the option ePosting in the Type column (if this service is activated), two options for reading PDF documents appear in the Data column.
