Finishing of Servicing WO

The Finishing of Servicing WO process involves viewing detailed information about servicing work order and completing it if all requirements are met. This can be done by using Servicing WO general data form.

Case summary
Gary Service, a servis employee at Tecta Ltd., needs to finish a servicing work order once all operation and material requirements have been met. This process includes viewing the servicing work order details, ensuring all criteria are satisfied, and the completing the servicing WO. This is done as follows:
- Opening the Servicing WO general data form
- Finishing the Servicing WO

After logging into the PANTHEON Field Service Granule, he locates the specific Servicing WO he wants to complete and clicks on the
(magnifying glass) icon in the servicing WO card.

This opens the Servicing WO general data form, providing a detailed view of the servicing work order. 
To finish the servicing WO, he uses the following buttons on the Servicing WO general data form:
Issued Material Button: He opens the Issued Material form to check that all necessary materials have been issued for the servicing WO, as described in the chapter Issued Material.
Operations Button: Opens the Operations form to verify the completion of all required operations, as described in the chapter Operations.
Tools Button: Opens the Tools form to ensure all tools used in the servicing process have been recorded, as described in the chapter Tools.
Finish WO Button: Once all requirements (materials, operations, tools) are confirmed, he clicks the Finish WO button to mark servicing WO as finished.
After completing these steps, the Servicing WO is updated to reflect its finished status, ensuring all aspects of the work order are properly documented and closed.
