In the Formula for Length of Service Bonus section you can define a formula by which you want the program to calculate the length of service for past work.

1. For Previous Employers

If you double-click the For Previous Employers field, the program will open the Formula for calculating length of service for previous employer's register.

 

Period

 In the Period field you can enter the period from which on the program will use the formula to calculate the length of service bonus. In the lookup list of the Period field will appear only periods (year and month) that will be previously entered in the Average salaries register.

Formula

 In the Formula field you can enter a formula by which you would like the program to calculate the length of service bonus for the work before the employment in your company. Here defined formula will appear in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | General | For Previous Employers field.

2. For this Employer 

If you double-click the For this Employer field, the program will open the Formula for calculating length of service for this employer's register.

 

Period

 In the Period field you can enter the period from which on the program will use the formula to calculate the length of service bonus. In the lookup list of the Period field will appear only periods (year and month) that will be previously entered in the Average salaries register.

Formula

In the Formula field you can enter a formula by which you would like the program to calculate the length of service bonus for the employment in your company. Here defined formula will appear in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | General | For this Employer field.

3. Total Length of Service Bonus

If you double-click the Total - Del02 field, the program will open the Formula for calculating length of service for total employer's register.

Period

 In the Period field you can enter the period from which on the program will use the formula to calculate the length of service bonus. In the lookup list of the Period field will appear only periods (year and month) that will previously be entered in the Average salaries register.

Formula

 In the Formula field you can enter a formula by which you would like the program to calculate the length of service bonus for the total period of employment. Here defined formula will appear in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | General | Total - Del02 field.

4. Department Settings

The calculation of each of the above described fields can be set according to the department's needs if the calculation differs to the company's calculation.

Enter the department and click By Depts. button to narrow down the department list.

Department

 Shows the selected name or ID of the department.

Formula

In the Formula field you can enter a formula by which you would like the program to calculate the length of the service bonus you selected by double-clicking.
