Gantt Chart

You can use the Gantt Chart for tracking attendance and absence calendar types and all employees at the same time.

 

In the Gantt chart you can determine the following criteria:

Period From / To In this field you can select from the calendars the period for which you would like to track attendance and absences for employees. You can select from the calendar the date and time.
Department In this field you can select from the drop-down menu a certain department or all departments at the same time.

Position

 In this field you can select from the drop-down menu a certain position or all positions at the same time.
Types of Calendars

In this section you can choose among following types of calendars: Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly
Calendar Types

In this field you can select from the drop-down menu a calendar type or all calendar types at the same time. You can select among following calendar types:

- All Records (the program will display all calendarsat the same time),

- Actual Working Hours (the program will display data from the calendar of actual working hours)

- Leave, Sick Leave (the program will display information about leave and sick leave),

- Main Company Calendar (the program will display absences like, holidays which are valid for the entire company),

- Company Calendar,

- Planned Working Hours (the program will display data from the calendar of planned working hours),

 - Trips (the program will display absences due to business trips)
Employee

In this field you can select from the lookup list the All Records option and the program will display information for all employees at the same time. You can define a report for an individual employee.
Type of Absence

In this field you can select from the lookup list the All Records option and the program will display all absences. You can define a report for an individual absence type.
Cost Center In this field you can select from the lookup list the All Records option and the program will display all cost centers at the same timeYou can define a report for an individual cost center.

If you click the Show button the program will display all absences from calendars according to the defined criteria.

 

 

Warning

Note that only all active employees according to the selected criteria will be displayed.  If the employee's Employment Record is marked as closed,  then Active checkbox must be enabled and the employee's position open for the employee's absence to be shown on the Gantt Chart.
