The cost center related data are in the Invoices Issued panel displayed under two tabs:

  • Linked Documents- Here you can find all lines of documents of the Goods - Issue type, in which appears the cost center in question. Lines linked in this way can be excluded from the cost center subsequently.
  • Open Documents- Here you can find all lines of documents of the Goods - Issue  type, in which the cost center has not been entered yet. Such lines can be linked with the cost center subsequently.
000001.gif When analyzing invoices issued containing foreign currency amounts the Bank of Slovenia exchange rate is considered. That is why it is not wise to compare data with those of the general ledger because invoices issued in foreign currency are being valuated, according to the exchange rate of Bank of Slovenia that can be found in the Administration Panel settings.

 

000001.gif Users assigned zero authorizations for Goods | Issue menu option cannot view this panel nor any of the data it contains.

Authorizations for issues from Customs Warehouse and Service modules are not considered.

 

 

000001.gif The cost center is included also in the invoices issued and gross margin reports where you can print the displayed data, according to the selection of cost center as criteria (summary or detailed).
