Message below appears when we in the form New Absence enter last year’s annual leave which exceed the number of last year’s unused annual leave or enter annual leave in the current year in which the calculation has not been launched and there is last year’s annual leave remaining:

Solution       

1. At the confirmation on the button Continue entering leave, than the selected leave will be entered in the last year and the remaining leave will be entered in the current year for use.  

2. When entering last year’s annual leave after the validation of last year’s leave PA offers us another notification. At the confirmation on the button Wizard for deleting last year’s leave a wizard for deleting last year’s leave opens, so we can delete last year’s invalid leave and enter valid leave for current year.

3. At the confirmation on the button Cancel, than the leave will not be entered in any year, which means, that it is necessary to change number of leave days for last year or by pressing on the button Continue entering leave.
