After having marked the subject as an educational institution, certified educational institution or an institution from the field of health and safety at work in the upper window section, a panel opens for entering following data:

Type Select a type of education.
Name Enter name of education course.
Performed By Subjects carrying out educational activities are assigned automatically. You can change them at will.
Duration Set duration (in days).
Occupation If vocational education is in question, select the code of the occupation from Occupational Titles.
Education The level of education obtained through the educational process is filled in automatically based on the chosen occupation ID.
Interval Enter intervals in months if education lasts over periods.

Click the arrow by the 46317.gif field. Select among:

Courses
Enter type of course and person performing it.
Trainings
Enter type of training and person performing it.
Additional Training
Enter type of additional training and person performing it.
Exams
Enter type of exam and person performing it.
Functional Knowledge
Enter type and name of functional knowledge, plus person performing it.
All
Here you can enter all simultaneously. Take care to set the correct type!

Note that you cannot create an overview of knowledge by areas.
