Position Reports

Position Reports

Click the report button in Position of Employment to set criteria.


 

 
Employee Enter or select an employee for whom you want to generate a report.
Position Enter or select a specific position of employment.
Active it is displayed if checked in header.
Senior Position Enter or select a senior position to include in report all subordinate positions.
Required Education Enter or select a degree of required education.
Dept. Enter or select a specific department.
Superior Enter or select a superior to include positions subordinate to him.
Functional Knowledge Enter or select required functional knowledge.
Occupation Enter or select a specific occupation.
Working Hours Set working hours expressed in hours per week.
Shift Work Enter or select type of shift work.
Active Positions Only Check it to include all active positions. If left unchecked, all positions get included in the report.
Increased Danger Check it to include all positions of increased danger.
Tech, Secured Check it to include all positions which are technically secured.
Medical Examination Check it to include all positions for which an employee needs to pass a medical examination. Having ticked the box, you can enter or select a specific examination.
Special Obligation Check it to include all positions where special obligation is required.
LoS Increase Check it to include all positions with length of service increase. Having ticked the box, you can enter or select a specific ID.
HSW Cert. Check it to include all positions where health and safety at work certificate is required. Having ticked the box, you can enter or select a specific ID.

 

The report is generated after clicking the report button.
