Obviously, values in a warehouse card are values for valuation. The following information is reported in the fields of the warehouse card:

Date The receiving date (receiving) or the packing slip date (issue).
Document
The number of the document that caused a change in the quantity or the value of goods at the warehouse. This can be a receiving, issue, or transfer document.

If it's a report of the initial balance of stock at the warehouse, the document number is reported as a series of zeroes.

Subject
The ID of the subject from the document. With receiving this is the supplier, with issues this is the customer; if it's a transfer document, the destination warehouse will be listed in this field.
Receiving
The received quantity. With internal receiving if the Allow Qty.= 0, Value <> 0 option has been selected, this field may also be blank (see Inventory Revaluation).
Issue
The issued quantity.
Price
The valuation price.
Line Value
The value of the movement (price x quantity).
Stock Value
The cummulative total of the vallue at the warehouse.

Stock on hand
The quantity of the item in stock.

000001.gif Quantities in the Receiving, Issue, and Stock columns are reported with the number of decimal places set for displaying quantity (Quantity field) in the Decimal Places section of the Rounding panel of the Administration Panel.

000001.gif None costing authorization can be used to prevent individual users from printing data on prices and values in a warehouse card.

000001.gif Movements in document types marked as Record Only will not be included in the warehouse card (even though they may affect stock)!

By default, three types of warehouse card reports are availabe:

Warehouse Card:

The most simple and most common report. It shows movements of the selected item at the selected warehouses and summarizes the quantity and value of stock.

Warehouse Card - Summary by Item Types:

This report shows the movements for the selected item at the selected warehouse. It summarizes the quantity and value of stock and also shows the quantity and value of stock at individual warehouses.

Warehouse Card - Summary by Warehouses:

This report shows the movements for the selected item at the selected warehouse. It summarizes the quantity and value of stock and also shows the quantity and value of stock broken down by item types.
