The following criteria are made available after selecting Material requirements by resources in the Scheduling Reports window:

Item Types (Box)

Set item type to be used in report.
Item Type ID
Select ID of item type to be displayed in report.
Item Type
Displays an item type
Item Type Name
Displays name of item type.

 

Criteria

Item
Enter or select an item in order to restrict report. By using a lookup table you can narrow down the selection.
Name
Enter or select a name of item in order to restrict report.
From
Enter or select a date and time of the start of period by which you want to restrict report.
To
Enter or select a date and time of the end of period by which you want to restrict report.
Prim. Cat.
Enter or select primary category of items by which you want to restrict report.
Sec. Cat.
Enter or select secondary category of items by which you want to restrict report.
Resource
Enter or select ID of resource in order to restrict report.
Sort By
Enter or select a sort by criteria. Thus you can sort by default (in this report it is represented by resource), item, item name, item type, primary or secondary category or by date.

To generate a report just click Report:

Report Header

Report generatedThe date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document TypeAbove on the right displays ID and name of document type.
Report NameReport name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Material requirements by deadlines - appears here.
Plan
Displays number and name of source plan containing material requirements.
Clerk
Displays ID and name of employee associated with the plan (the author of plan).

Report Specifications:

Item
Displays an item in line of forward material plan.
Name
Displays name of item.
Quantity
Displays quantity in line of forward material plan.
U/M
Displays unit of measurement used for item in forward material plan.
Start Date Displays a start date in line of forward material plan.
End Date
 Displays an end date in line of forward material plan.
Resource
 Displays ID of the required resource.
Res. Name Displays name of resource.
