If you click on the Option button  in the sales order lines taskbar a window opens, where you can enter to the customer alternative items you offer to this him or her against additional payment. This function is to offer the customer for example comparison of items that equal i.e. in size (the customer has ordered a specific 15” monitor, and would like to know how much more expensive the 17” or even 19” monitor would be).

Place the cursor to the desired line and click on the Option button. The program will open a window, where you can select more optional items to the one in the line. You can select from the lookup list.

When optional item will be added, close the window.

On the order report this kind of entered item appears with the items ID and description, the price is expressed as the difference to the price of the item entered in the sales order line.
