Granule Work records
PANTHEON Granule Work records enables users to record attendance, absence, lunch breaks, etc., at the workplace, from the field or from home. It also enables users to keep track of their own working hours, overtime or missing hours, monitor annual leave available and used, and submit requests for annual leave, sick leave and other requests.
The data and requests that users enter in the Granule Work records are immediately visible in the database. This allows superiors to monitor employee attendance and review employee requests in real time.

| Entering work records |
The tab My records is used for recording your working hours and other work obligations.
This chapter describes how to record your work commitments during the working day.

| Checking attendance |
The tab Attendance allows you to view the details of the recorded working hours, absences, etc. Superiors can also use PANTHEON Web Light to view the attendance and absences of all employees.
This chapter shows how a user can check their own recorded working hours as well as how a superior and a director can check the working hours of their employees.

| Adding an absence request (leave) |
The tab Requests allows you to view and add new requests for annual leave, sick leave, late arrival and other requests. These requests can then be approved or rejected by a superior.
This chapter describes how to submit a request for annual leave and how the request is approved by a superior.
