Sales offers

The module Sales offers in the Granule B2B orders allows your customers to create orders directly in your system, where they are immediately displayed and ready for processing.

Customers can also use this module to track all their created orders, search for them and check them.

Customer creating a B2B order

A customer can use their phone, tablet or computer to create an order, check stock and check the supplier's own price.

This chapter shows how a customer creates an order and how a salesperson can checks it in PANTHEON.
Overview of B2B orders in the Offer list

In the tab Offer list, the customer can view the created orders, filter their display and view the order details.
