Pop-up Detailed Information in Schedule Plan

Clicking 50910.jpg in the bottom section in the Schedule Plan window displays a pop-up window showing detailed information on planned outflows and inflows.

The section is divided into six tabs containing detailed broken-down information on outflows and inflows. Total amounts can be found in the above panel.

Plan (-)

Plan
Displays plan No.
Line
Displays number of plan line.
Level
Displays the level where requirement occurs.
Date
Displays exact date and time of deadline.
Quantity
Here is displayed quantity of item which is in case the value in Level (=0) is equivalent to the quantity in plan. In case value in Level (>0) it is equivalent to the quantity from dismantled plan line.
Order
 Displays ID of order in plan line.
Order Item
Displays number of line of order.
Customer
 Displays a customer in line of order.

 

Stock (+)

Warehouse
Displays ID of warehouse where a specific inventory is located. Only those warehouses are used which were selected in document type settings of source plan.
Date
Displays date on which stock is available. It is equivalent to the date on which schedule plan was refreshed.
Quantity
Displays quantity of item on stock.
Total Qty
Here is displayed total quantity of item on stock at specific warehouse when recalculating.

WO
Displays ID of work order containing the selected item.
Line
Displays line of the selected item in manufacturing specification.
Alt.
Displays an alternate line of the selected item in manufacturing specification.
Level
Displays the level where requirement occurs.
Date
Here is displayed a date of planned use (issue to WO) of the selected item in manufacturing specification.
Quantity
Displays the remaining (unissued) quantity of the selected item in manufacturing specification.

Displays ID of work order containing the selected item.
Date
Here is displayed a date of planned realization (processing) of work order.
Quantity
Displays the remaining product quantity as planned in work order.

 

Sales Orders (-)

Displays ID of sales order used in delivery.

Displays a line of sales order.
Level
Displays the level where requirement occurs.
Date
Displays a planned deliver-by date of sales order.
Quantity
Here is displayed the remaining undelivered quantity from sales order.
