Mailbox preview

In Step 10 of the Setup Wizard for Documentation, you can check and edit all mailboxes in the Mailboxes register.

You can download the predefined mailboxes using the Web Service in step 4 Download mailboxes of the Setup Wizard.

HINT

Mailbox represents a system of settings used to connect to PANTHEON. For more information, see the chapter Mailboxes in the technical guide.

1. Mailboxes table

Mailboxes table shows all available mailboxes from the Mailboxes register.

The table contains the following fields:

Name

Shows the mailbox name, which is automatically populated when you download the mailbox using the Web Service. If you have created a new mailbox, you can define the mailbox name yourself.

Subject

Shows the subject linked to the mailbox. This information may be used in linked eWorkflows.

Classification

From the drop-down list, select the classification that will be assigned to the documents downloaded using the selected mailbox. For example, the documents sent via the bizBox – Predal za pošiljanje (bizBox – Outbox) will be assigned the classification Invoices (Issued).

Login Username

Shows the username used to log in into the mailbox, which is specified in the Login field in the Mailboxes register. The username can be changed by selecting it from the drop-down list Usernames and Passwords.

2. Form footer

In the footer of the form, there are buttons to navigate between the steps of the Setup Wizard.

Returns to the previous step of the Setup Wizard.

Moves to the next step of the Setup Wizard.
