Overview of B2B orders in the Offer list

Your customer can use the Granule B2B Orders in the tab Offer list to search for the orders they have created and check their details.

Below is a simple example of how to check the created orders using the Granule B2B orders.

CASE SUMMARY
The customer Betty Umbra from Umbra, sole proprietor, wants to check the details of the orders she created with Tecta Ltd. in December 2022 using the Granule B2B Orders. She does this as follows:
- Opening the Offer list
- Selecting the criteria for displaying the relevant orders
- Checking the details of created orders

1. Opening the Offer list
After logging in to PANTHEON Web, the person responsible selects Sales offers from the main menu and then the option Offer list from the drop-down menu.

This opens a list of the offers created in the last month.

Then, the person responsible selects the criteria for displaying the relevant orders.
2. Selecting the criteria for displaying the relevant orders
The person responsible then selects the relevant criteria to view the offers created in December.
In the field Date from, the person responsible uses the calendar to select the start date 01.12.2022.
In the field Date to, the person responsible selects the end date 31.12.2022.

Only the orders created during the selected period are displayed.

In the field Search, you can search for a specific document using a search string (e.g. document number).

3. Checking the details of created orders
The order details are displayed in each order line in the list.
To view the order details, the person responsible clicks the blue number in the field Number of each line.
In the footer of the form, the person responsible can see the details of all orders displayed:
- Offers (the number of offers)
- Total (total value of orders excluding VAT)
- Total with tax (total value of orders excluding VAT)
