Transfer

Clicking opens a window allowing you to automatically transfer records across all databases from one position to the other. Thus all data of one position get copied to another one.

It is recommended that you use it whenever you find that a position has two or more overlapping IDs causing the lack of data transparency. Of course you cannot delete any position of employment if it is recorded in document from database. First you have to perform data transfer.

To transfer data from one position to another in the Positions of Employment register, you have to set:

Position From	Enter or select a name of position to copy (terminate).
Position To	Enter or select a name of position to which to transfer. It is wise that you select an ID from lookup table which can be opened by clicking . An error is returned if the ID does not exist.
	Click the button to launch transfer from one ID to another. You have to confirm the operation (see Do you really want to transfer data?). The following notification is returned after the operation has finished (see Data transfer complete!).

All data is also transferred from the panels Knowledge/Skills, Technological Measurements, Ecological Measurements, Documentation, Protective Equipment.

	The process cannot be reversed. You cannot undo data transfer.
	Transferring an employment position does not delete it. To do this, click in taskbar.
	You will not be able to delete position if documents are linked to it! An error will be returned and you can view databases where it is recorded. This process cannot be undone!
