Display fields in dropdown menu

selecton of fields is chosen which are supose to be seen in dropdown and how wide the columns should be:
Search fields

Fields for search fields are chosen. Parameters by which program searches items.

By each parameter Search mode is set:

  • ​Partial hits: program will search items by partial entry
  • Search from the left: program will search items form the entry starting from the left side
  • Only exact hits: items will be found by exact entry of each parameter

Priority: priority which parameter should be considered of search entry 
Item Stock The field next to Item stock switch is there for selection of warehouses from which stock should be shown as a sum of selected warehouses. By default only warehouse set in Document types settings is set.
Serial No.

In case Serial No. option is active a new option is desplayed: Hide cumulative Serial numbers record. Option is valid only for items set as Serial numbers. In case switch is OFF then in dropdown of item the cumulative row will be shown on top and then the available Serial numbers. In case switch is OFF then in dropdown the cumulative row is not shown. 

In case option Serial No. is OFF in this case just cumulative row is shown and not also Serial numbers.
Find only active items

Switch is set ON if search should be done only among items which are Active. In Item Settings switch Active is set ON.

In case of creating a reverse documents with the items which are not active any more the items will be set on reverse document despite the setting.
Show only items with a valid S/N date Switch is set ON if search should be done only among items ​which have a valid serial number date.
Show only items with a valid S/N stock Switch is set ON if search should be done only among items ​which have a valid serial number stock. In case there are items without stock they will not be shown unless switch is OFF.
Show only items with stock In case switch is ON then in dropdown only items which have stock in warehouse will be shown. In case switch is OFF all items are shown.
Search result count Setting is done how many items should be shown in search dropdown menu.
Search delay (ms) Setting is done how many miliseconds search delay can have
Min. number of search characters Setting is done how much is minimum number of search characters that have to be entered in search field in order for program to start searching for item.
No. of records from database
