In the reports menu, the following reports can be found:

• Inventory count - print out the inventory list with data about the inventory stock, recorded stock, and the difference between the two. If the item has been managed by serial numbers, only the serial numbers, where the difference has been found get displayed. The disputable serial number is displayed, in the bracket first the quantity after the inventory count, and then the quantity by posted stock. For here displayed differences in quantities and serial numbers the document for excess or shortage will be created with the confirmation of inventory count.
• Excess - print out all excesses determined at the inventory count. If the item is managed by serial numbers, only the serial numbers where the difference has been determined will be displayed. For there displayed quantity and serial numbers a document for excess will be created at the confirmation of inventory count (see Example of document for excess).
• Shortage - print out the shortage determined at the inventory count. If the item has been managed by serial numbers, only the serial numbers where the difference has been determined will be displayed. For here displayed quantity and serial numbers a document for shortage will be created at the confirmation of inventory (see Example of document for shortage).
• Summary reports - Serial numbers - displays all items from the inventory count, where the quantity in the Inventory or Status column does not correspond to the quantity of the serial numbers.
• Summary reports - Serial numbers - Detailed - displays all items from the inventory count, where the quantity in the Inventory or Status column does not correspond with the quantity of the serial numbers. The report also displays all serial numbers and in which column they are placed.
