Search for Servicing WO

The Search by WO form allows you to search for Servicing WO by using various filters. The form provides the functionality to filter servicing work orders, showing only those that meet your specified criteria.

Case summary Gary Service, a servicing employee at Tecta Ltd., wants to find specific servicing work orders base on their status, date and whether they are completed. When he is logged in, he uses the Search by WO form to filter servicing Wos by status, date and show completed This is done as follows: Opening Search by WO form Applying filters Confirming the selection

1. Opening Search by WO form

After logging into PATHEON Field Service Granule, the person responsible opens the Search form by clicking button in the bottom right of the Servicing WO List form. 

The Search form will appear.

2. Applying filters

To filter servicing work orders on the Search form, the person responsible can use the following fields:

• WO Status: Gary selects Released to filter servicing WOs. This status indicates that allocations for material requirements and for resource capacities have been made to carry out the servicing work operation. 
• Date from: He enters the start date to filter servicing WOs created after this date.
• Date to: Enters the end date to filter WOs created up to this date.                      
• Show Completed: He enables this toggle switch to also display completed servicing WOs.

3. Confirming the selection

By clicking the Confirmation button, all selected and entered filters are applied to the Servicing WO List form. 

Hint If needed, the Clear button can be used to reset all filters.
