Register of cost drivers' statuses has two statuses designated by default: one which is active , that is, in progress and the other inactive. According to the needs, the register can also be expanded.

  • It is the case for active statuses, that they can be selected from the selection tables containing orders, invoices, postings and similar. This practically means that the records (by default: A) can be bound to the active cost centers.
  • It is the case for inactive cost centers, that they are only used for overviews and reports, while new posts will not be bound to them anymore. In case of project cost center this means that after the project is completed you will set the project as a cost center the status of inactive cost center (default: "N"). If the cost center has been entered as a default value in the Items register, it will also be used in the document lines, regardless of the status.
Status It displays any 4-digit alpha-numeric code of the cost center status
Name Here you can enter any name of the status.
Act.
  • check if this is the active status
  • do not check, if this is the inactive status
