Specification Statuses

 

Specification Statuses

The register is intended for creating custom user-defined statuses as well as their application in specification alternates.

 

 

Status Displays any given status label.

Specification State

Specify in which state is Specification. You can choose between:

  • Preparation/Changing -> Specification is in state of preparation or changing
  • Sampling/Testing -> Specification is in state of sampling or testing
  • Validated -> Specification is Validated and in production
  • Inactive -> Specification is not valid anymore

You van assign authorizations on this states per each user and assign for which states a Work Order can be created.
Description Enter any text to describe (name) status.

 

Creating a Specification Status Report

 

The following data are displayed in report header:

 

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated is displayed top-right.
Document Type Displays module and document type in top-left corner.
Report Name Displays the report name Specification Statuses as set in Document Types settings.

Data that can be found in report:

 

Status Displays any given status label.
Name Displays a description (name) of status.
