When entering a new orders document directly or when copying an orders document, the program does not copy statuses. If you want to copy statuses as well, click the Status Transfer button and a special window opens, where you enter:

Document Type Enter or select from the lookup list the document type from which the program will transfer the statuses to the current document type.
Transfer In the Transfer section you can choose between two transfer types:
  • if you select the Add option, the program will copy records (statuses) that are not yet available in the current document types
  • if you select Overwrite option the program will overwrite all available records (statuses) with the records (statuses) from the document you have selected in the Document type field.
Copy If you want to finish the procedure of copying click the Copy button.
