Add Function of adding of movements facilitates the creation of receiving by copying all data from the positions of selected documents and creates new post(s) from them (see Goods | Receiving | Add).
Scanner
the button allows for entry of line through the barcode scanner
Serial No.
opens the window for entry of serial numbers. The serial number is composed from the document of receiving and consecutive number of line. The program allocates it automatically, if such is set in the program parameters (see Parameters | Goods | Basic data - Customs warehouse).

Item Details
the button opens the item card - warehouse card of the customs warehouse for selected line

 

Stock with the click on the button you can check the asset stock of selected line by all warehouses.

Find Item Click on this button or a shortcut to this button, combination of buttons 006845.gif006846.gif  allows for a quick search of item and its selection for entry in the document.

Place on a new, empty item in document and find the item with the help of function for item search (see Registers - Item Search).

Warehouse
 select the customs warehouse, onto which you are receiving the goods. The default warehouse and naming of this field can be entered in the document types register.
