Add Function of adding of goods movements substantially facilitates the creating of issue by copying all data from the lines of selected documents and creates new record(s) from them (see Goods | Issue | Add).

For managing of serial numbers of items with adding see Adding of customer order with serial numbers to the customs issue.

Scanner
allows for the entry of the item ID via barcode scanner
SAD
with the click on this button you open the window of selection of receiving (same as with entering of quantity). This way you can enter, subsequently review or edit the data about which receiving has been discharged.

If the item has been managed by serial numbers, only the serial numbers that have been received with the same line of receiving can be marked on the same line. If you select serial numbers from various lines of receiving, the program prevents this and returns an error (see Serial numbers-SAD may only be from one line of receiving to the customs warehouse!).

Item Details
the button displays the item card - the customs warehouse card for the selected line
Stock
with the click on the button you can immediately review the stock of asset from selected line on all warehouses.
Find Item
Click on this button or the shortcut to this function, combination of buttons 006845.gif006846.gif  allows for a quick search of the item and selection of it for entry into the document.

Place yourself on a new, empty line in the document and find the item with the help of the function for asset search (see items - item Search).

Warehouse select the customs warehouse from which you will be issuing the goods. The default warehouse and the description of this field can be entered in the document types register.
