Selecting Tools tab in the Schedule Plan window displays the following data:

Item
Enter or select ID of product or semi-finished product associated with tools requirement.
Product Name
Displays name of product or semi-finished product.
Item Qty Displays quantity of item.
Item U/M
Enter or select unit of measurement used with item.
Tool
Enter or select a tool used in production.
Tool Name
Displays name of tool.
Start Date
Displays start date of tool requirement.
End DateDisplays end date of tool requirement.
Tool Qty
Displays quantity of the tool required.
Tool Type
Displays type of tool.
Tool Name
 		Displays name of tool.
Prod. Item Type
Displays product or semi-finished product ID.
Prod. Prim. Cat.
Displays primary category of product or semi-finished product.
P. Sec. Categ.
Displays secondary category of product or semi-finished product.

 

Tool requirements are calculated according to product and semi-finished product requirements in scheduled material plans as well as according to the fact which tools are used in production. This can be observed in individual technological procedures. Only those tools having Equipment and Scheduling checkboxes checked in the Fixed Assets register will be used here.

In order for the recalculation to be performed and the Tools panel displayed you must check Tools Scheduling in the window for recalculating schedule.

When refreshing data the entire period of production is taken into account, and not only the time required for individual operation where a specific tool was used.
