You may move among the documents with the task bar, where the following can be found:

Navigation buttons

 allow for deleting of the records, adding the records, navigation and browsing through data (see Navigation buttons). 

Deleting of the document is not possible, if the use of material has not been posted for it yet (see Document has the use of material already posted! Deleting is not possible anymore!)

(Search)

 Search - with the click on the 016994.gif icon, the special search table opens, with the help of which you may search, sort or filter the existing records in the database according to: internal number, date, issuer, receiver, first and second linking document, delivery, clerk and status.
