By clicking the Transfer command in the wizards menu of the Chart of Accounts taskbar a window open for entering parameters used in transfer:

Account From Select the account from which you can transfer transactions to some other account.
Account To  Here you can select the account to which you want to transfer transactions. 

It is recommended that you selecte the codes from the dropdown list that you can open by clicking the 006736.gif button.

If the code does not exist in the register, an error is returned.
Only by clicking this button launches transfer of data from one account to the other. You need to confirm this first (see Do you really want to transfer data). After the operation is successful, the following message is displayed (see Data transfer complete).

 

000001.gif To use this function the user must have corresponding  authorizations assigned (at least write authorizations)! If the user does not have corresponding authorizations, an error is returned (see You do not have the required authorization for this operation.).
