By double-clicking any line in work order list, which is generated in Work Documentation Reports window having clicked Refresh Data, shifts you to WO Lines panel. Here you can select individual lines for creating work documentation reports.

By using a lookup table select among work orders appearing on WO list which is generated according to criteria set for work documentation.

 

Data in Main Section:

WO	Displays an ID of work order.
Item (Name)	Displays an ID and name of product.
Quantity	Displays a planned quantity on work order.
End Date	Displays end date of work order.
Item Type	Displays an item type of work order.
Prim. Category	Displays an ID of primary category set for item.
Sec. Category	Displays an ID of secondary category set for item.

 

Select line by double-clicking Sel. field or right-click the line thus opening up a menu which offers you the following commands: Select WO Lines, Select All, Deselect All, Invert Selection.

 If checked, this means that the line will be included in the documentation report. On the other hand, if unchecked, it either means that it was already released or that it is not going to be released at all.

Having checked Auto-Update Printout Status in Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Manufacturing | Work Orders) you set that status Active (it can also be found in the  WO Work Preparation panel) will be automatically changed to Inactive after documentation was released.
Having checked Show only Selected Lines in Work Documentation Reports window you set that only lines of the Active status will be displayed in documentation. If unchecked, work documentation report is created for all lines of work order.

 

Lines in Panel WO Lines Offering the Following Data:

Active	If checked, marks a line for printing.
Line	Displays line number of work order.
Alt.	Displays an alternate line of work order.
Item	Displays an item in work order.
Item Type	Displays an item type of work order.
Description	Displays a name of item in work order.
Start Date	Displays start date of work order.
End Date	Displays end date of work order.
Prim. Category	Displays an ID of primary category set for item.
Sec. Category	Displays an ID of secondary category set for item.
