The  Work Documentation panel is available in Settings | Program | Documents Types | Work Orders tree structure. In this panel you can define item types which will join on separate reports. This can especially be used for issue slips of materials, when different material types are stored at separate warehouses.

Materials of the equal group will be displayed on the same report. Materials without without a detailed specification will be displayed separately on individual reports.

If none of the item types is more detailed specified, the program will display all materials on one and the same report.

 

 

Item Type In this field you can select the item types which will display on a certain specified group of reports.
Group In this field you can enter the type of the group of reports. Items with the same name of the report group will be displayed on the same report of the collective requisition by groups document.
