Clicking report icon 58902.gif and selecting Work Slips generates a report in Work Order Analysis window displaying status of work completed in operations by employees (performers) summarized by days.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated
The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document Type
ID and name of document type appears in header.
Report Name
Displays report name Work Slips as set in Document Types settings.
Work Order
Displays number of the selected work order.
Product
Displays an ID and name of product in production.
Planned
Displays a planned product quantity (planned quantity).
Produced
Displays quantity produced, that is, the product quantity received from work order to specific warehouse.

Lines of Operation Offering the Following Data:

Alt.
Displays an alternate operation.
Line
Displays number of line of operation in work order.
Item
Displays an operation ID.
Description
Displays a description given for operation.
Planned
Displays planned production time for operation in work order.
Used
Displays posted working hours for operation.
U/M
Displays a unit of measurement used for time required in production.

Lines of Work by Employees Summarized by Days for Operation Offering the Following Data:

Employee
Displays name of employee or group.
Time
Displays time used by the employee for operation on a specific day.
Good
Displays reported quantity of flawless pieces produced in operation by employee on a specific day.
Bad
Displays reported quantity of faulty pieces produced in operation by employee on a specific day.
Hold-Up
Displays reported hold-ups in operation by employee on a specific day.
Date
Displays date on which the reported operation was carried out.
