Message shows when a switch "Automatic price change from Item register" in Administration panel / Goods is activated and if in the Item Register user manually changes the Price, Retail price, Wholesale price 1 or Wholesale price 2 for Item which has stock on at least one warehouse.
Options :
1. Continue (no document is made, price is changed)
2. Make Price change document - click on this option opens new Form on which we see the list of the Warehouses where this item has stock. Beside every warehouse is a field where a Document type for Price change is set. Default value in that field is used from the Document type Register for Price document, if on the warehouses is defined the Document type document.The user cannot proceed until for all the selected warehouses the document type is defined.When all the settings are done, click on the button "Create " creates as many Price change documents, as there are selected warehouses with that item on the stock. The new price is filled with the data user already entered in the Item Register.
After creation, there is a list of the documents created with this function. Double click on the document number will open that document.
