The function for recalculating lines that can be found in the wizards menu of the invoice received can recalculate the amounts in lines and values in other fields, according to the entered quantities, prices in foreign currencies, prices in local currency and tax rate.

The values in the header cannot be changed if you already approved the document! However, values in lines can be changed. The program notifies you about this (see Document has already been approved. Totals may not be correct!! Continue anyway?).

It is for example used in document of receiving from import when changing foreign exchange rate subsequenty after the prices have already been calculated in local currency. It is useful also in case you selected an incorrect purchase type and with this causing incorrect calculation of values in header.

If the document was posted, you have to confirm the operation before actually recalculating each document line (see Document already posted! Continue anyway?).

 After recalcutaion is performed, you must repost this document!
