Inventory Count

The fixed assets inventory count form is designed to simplify frequent checks of fixed assets in the company. In case of a larger number of fixed assets, it is recommended to make an inventory count using a barcode scanner. This will enable you to carry out the inventory count quickly and easily. This chapter describes the procedures and formats required for the integration of independent solutions used in connection with the feature of fixed assets inventory count in PANTHEON.

The fixed assets inventory count is defined as a document type that can be accessed from the menu Financials | Fixed Assets | Inventory count.

  1. Toolbar: The toolbar is found on each PANTHEON form at the top of the program window. The features specific to the Inventory count form can be accessed by clicking the following buttons:
  1. Inventory count header
  2. Inventory count items
