If you change data in the line of receiving  directly (by new entries) or indirectly (e.g. by calculating costing),the total document values are updated (recalculated) together with new value data.

But the values in cannot be changed if the document is already approved! Thus it can happen that vlaues in lines are not equivalent to the sums in the section with values.

In case you use any such function which could cause disparities between values in line of receiving and summed up values, you need to confirm the operation:

Solution:

1. If the function or operation has not been executed, return the document to the unapproved status and try again.

2. If you have already executed the function or operation, return the document to the unapproved status and run the function for recalculating lines.
