Set premium in VSPI panel in Administration Panel. The exact amount is then entetred in VSPI panel in Employee Files.

Earnings Type

Then set a predefined earnings type for VSPI premium.

Enter all missing information (most importantly enter premium amount) in VSPI panel in Employee Files.

The bottom section displays paid premium amounts from salary calculation.

Salary Calculation

Earnings type set for VSPI is automatically entered in Employee Details panel when creating salary calculation for the first time. You are not required to enter the amount since it will appear automatically after running calculation. The earning type will be used automatically for the next months (Of course you have to check Based on Previous Calculation in Earnings Types).
