By clicking Re-read Prices in inventory the program finds item prices on a specific day. In case you already approved the inventory count, the prices are transferred to inventory excess and shortage. After clicking this button, you have to confirm the operation:

Clicking 19565.gif, you confirm the operation and the progra informs you about this (see Stock count complete).
After the operation is completed, the re-read prices are recorded in Valuation Price column once again. Furthermore, they are recorded in documents of excess and shortage..
